Melville Housing is a charitable organisation that takes pride in supporting local communities by providing and developing high quality affordable homes and housing-related services. The Association was formed in October 1995 by a group of Midlothian tenants and staff from the Dalkeith area office of Scottish Homes.
Registered with, and regulated by, the Scottish Government, the Association is committed to meet local housing needs. They own and manage more than 1800 properties across Midlothian, South Lanarkshire, North Lanarkshire, East Lothian and Edinburgh.
They have an ongoing development programme and also participate in the Scottish Government's Mortgage to Rent scheme, providing help to home owners who are in danger of losing their homes. |
