We are Dale & Valley Homes, an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in 2006 by what was formerly known as Wear Valley District Council to manage, repair and improve Council owned homes.
We are Dale & Valley Homes, an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) established in 2006 to manage, repair and improve council-owned housing in the Wear Valley district of County Durham.
Our responsibilities include:
* Letting homes
* Rent collection, dealing with arrears and debt counselling
* Promoting customer involvement, including involving customers in monitoring and reviewing customer guarantees
* Enforcing tenancy conditions
* Managing lettings, vacant properties and under occupation
* Estate management, caretaking and intensive housing management services to help to sustain tenancies |
