We are not a Direct Marketing company.

Housingnet is a system built for Housing Associations for collecting, crunching & distributing data on Social Housing in the UK.

Because the most basic data we collect is address and contact data for Housing Associations private organisations wishing to contact them come to us to buy it as mailing lists.

We sell this data in 3 packages which you can see on the right.

If you would like to see a sample of the data you can do this from any search results page by clicking on the 'Export' image at the top of the results. Example – if you write 'Housing' in the 'Who?' box underneath the banner in the top right corner of this page. Hit 'Enter' or click 'Search'. When the results page opens you will see a link on the right hand side 'Export Results'. This will give you the first 5 results as a sample.

Please remember that we are a software company. If you wish to discuss your individual requirements or do not understand exactly what you are getting then we would recommend you buy data from a Direct Marketing company as they would be better equipped to handle your queries.

We just have the best data at the lowest price and give you access to download all of it from the site without restrictions.

Can I use it for Mailing Lists? - Yes.

How often is it updated? - On average about 7000 changes are made each month.

Can I export the personal email address of the 'Contacts'? - No. We do not allow these to be exported or they will get Spammed and we will get the blame. They are displayed' where available, on each HA page once you have logged on.

Does your data show how many people with one tooth missing live in Social Homes? - The list on the right will tell you exactly what you will get in the Export.

Can I advertise on Housingnet? - Of course you can.
