First phase of £100 million development starts in Derby
Work on the first phase of the £100 million redevelopment of the Derby’s Castleward area is now underway. Regeneration specialist Compendium Living has begun initial work on the site, which will see 30 acres of land between Derby Midland Station and Westfield shopping centre redeveloped into sustainable homes and businesses.
