This image shows all Land Registry titles owned by the HCA. Some will not be suitable for housing eg. ‘Electricity Sub-Station’ although I’m sure if it ever stopped being a sub-station someone could fit a house on it or in it.

The HCA own 141 properties on this land but the Google Earth image is out of data as there is definitely a large Waitrose there now.

We are currently plotting all registered titles owned by, mainly, English Housing Associations and are looking at ways to make this data useful - suggestions welcome. We have 1.2M mapped so far and are now concentrating on cities with Liverpool to be completed this week. We'll post an image of Liverpool when it's completed as the density of Social Housing in some areas is really interesting.
This base data can then be overlaid with any 'Open Data' we can lay our hands on. Brownfield sites have been added but they are a little sketchy as the Government data has a lot of holes.
This week we're adding ASB Street Crime data and the Green Belt.
