"Johnnie" Johnson Housing focuses on Achieving Excellence!

"Johnnie" Johnson housing Trust is delighted to have been accredited Business Excellence North's Commitment Marque - an award that recognises the Trust is committed to delivering excellent services!
To gain a better understanding as to where the organisation is in its pursuit towards Excellence, the Trust completed a self-assessment called Business Excellence Through Action (BETA).
The assessment covered 9 areas:
1. Leadership
2. Policy and strategy
3. People
4. Partnership and resources
5. Processes
6. Customer results
7. People results
8. Society results
9. Key performance indicators
This enabled the Trust to benchmark itself against achieving Business Excellence North's Investors in Excellence Standard - allowing the Trust to understand the gap between where they are, and where they want to be.
Following this, an action plan was created to address any weaknesses in the above areas, ensuring all action points were incorporated into the Trust Corporate Plan.
A follow up assessment by North of England Excellence was undertaken to see if the Trust had commitment to delivering the action plan, which led to the successful outcome of achieving in the BETA accreditation.
"Johnnie" Johnson Housing is now working hard to continue to deliver the action plan to ensure residents receive the very best service possible. |
