£62m For A1 Housing Tenants

A1 Housing has been awarded a 2 Star rating with promising prospects for improvement after the latest Audit Commission Inspection this Autumn. This will allow A1 to access £62m over the next 5 years to carry out improvements to A1 Housing tenants' homes.

A1 has been working with tenants' representatives to develop the Decent Homes programme to deliver the improvements. Once the funding has been agreed with the Government more details will be available.
