Work to start on affordable homes at Blisland

We are pleased to announce that we have entered into contract with JJ Jones & Sons of St Austell for the construction of 13 homes to meet local needs at Blisland.

The development will consist of 7 homes for rent and also 6 homes which will be sold at an affordable price to qualifying local people through Cornwall Community Land Trust.

The homes for rent are being supported by grants from the Housing Corporation and North Cornwall District Council.

Grant support for the community land trust homes is being provided by North Cornwall District Council.

It is anticipated that the homes will be completed by March 2009.
