The Sunday Times thinks the Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is one to watch

In addition to being nominated for a Housing Excellence Award in Customer Services, we are extremely pleased to announce that we have been listed by the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies as a - Best Company 'one to watch'.
Our achievement means that we have gained a Best Companies Accreditation and this may ultimately lead to us attaining a place on the list of 'Best 100 Companies to Work For'. The Trust will now feature in the annual 'Best Companies Guide' as well as on their website and job board.
Matthew Applegate, the Trust's Chief Executive said, "I would like to thank all our employees for their outstanding contribution over the last three years. It was their feedback, on what they enjoy about their jobs plus the satisfaction they get working for the Trust on behalf of our residents, that played a major part in us gaining this accreditation. I have always said that our aim is to build the Trust into an organisation that provides the highest standards of customer service, combined with the best opportunities for job satisfaction and career development. Being nominated for two accolades - excellence in customer service and Best Company 'one to watch' - means that people outside of the Trust also recognise we are well on our journey to achieve this aim." |
