Residents invited to have their say
|
| Friday 7th January 2011 |
Residents from across the East are being invited to have their say on how Sanctuary East can further improve the services they provide in the region.
The housing provider, which manages properties across the East of England, is asking residents to get in touch in a variety of ways and share their ideas to help shape improvements to the services they receive. |

With questions on opening hours and budget spend, Sanctuary is encouraging its residents to provide their thoughts by completing an online feedback form, a written survey or taking part in a phone conversation. As well as providing valuable feedback on Sanctuary's services, residents who take part will also be entered into a free prize draw to win a shopping voucher of up to £50.
Eamonn Dillon, Sanctuary East's regional director, said: "We have a lot to learn from our residents and we are committed to involving them in every area of our business.
"I would really encourage residents to get involved, to tell us how we could improve and make suggestions for the future."
To complete the online questionnaire, residents should visit the surveys page on the Group's website at www.sanctuary-housing.co.uk
The deadline for responses is Friday 14th January 2011. |
