Raglan introduces free HomeSwapper Service

Raglan introduces free HomeSwapper Service for Residents.

HomeSwapper provides an invaluable service for residents who want to swap their current home for one more suitable for their needs.

Raglan has signed up initially for a one year subscription to HomeSwapper which means that Raglan residents can now use the service free of charge.

Any registered social landlord tenant can use the service if their tenancy is eligible. The registration process will confirm this.

The online service allows residents to view the details of available exchange properties across the UK.

Steve Hayes, Compliance and Support Offcier at Raglan said: "HomeSwapper is already being used extensively with up to 6 Raglan residents registering on the website every day. The service makes the whole exchange process easier and provides much quicker information for residents."

If the service is successful Raglan plans to renew its subscription next year.
