Paul Crawford will be our new group chief executive

The Devon & Cornwall Housing Trust (DCHT) board has agreed that our new group chief executive will be Paul Crawford.
Jonathan Broad, chair of DCHT says “It’s great to have someone of Paul’s ability, enthusiasm and track record of success to help us achieve our vision of better homes, better places and better lives. Paul will be building on Teresa Butchers' work in leading the group to our current strong position, and he will be taking us forward at a time of great challenge and opportunity”.
Paul will be working with customers, board members and staff across the group, including Penwith Housing Association, Tor Homes and Devon & Cornwall Housing Association.
Paul is currently managing director of Sovereign HA, part of The Sovereign Housing Group. Paul joined Sovereign as development manager in 1994 and over the past 15 years has carried out a variety of roles including head of development, housing director and customer services director.He became managing director of Sovereign HA in 2005. Paul will be joining us in late autumn this year, with the exact date to be agreed.
Paul says “I’m really excited about the challenges that lie ahead. I’ve always had the greatest respect for Devon & Cornwall Housing, particularly for the way customers are right at the heart of things. It’s going to be great working with such a strong team of board members and staff, and I’m looking forward to working with all of them”. |
