Papworth Trust retains accreditation

The evaluation took place over a three day period when an assessor spoke to numerous members of staff.

The standard consists of 10 indicators and 39 evidence requirements, all of which had to be met for Papworth Trust to be reaccredited. Papworth Trust met all the requirements at the first attempt.

Adrian Bagg, chief executive at Papworth Trust, says: "It's fantastic that the Trust has been reaccredited through the Investors in People standard. We pride ourselves on providing our staff with training and development so that they have the tools they need to best perform in their role."
