Whether you are looking for comfortable sheltered accommodation in Surrey for yourself or on behalf of someone else, you are welcome to visit any of our three warm & friendly houses during our Open Morning on Saturday 15th October from 10am to 12noon. The Old House, Epsom Road, Ewell, KT17 1JZ, 82 Mulgrave Road, Sutton SM2 6LZ and 82 York Road, Cheam SM2 6HJ. No appointment is required. Each house has a live-in Housekeeper who provides daily home cooked meals, a lift, gas central heating, a video entry system, laundry facilities, a computer, a dining room and lounge plus an attractive garden, all for Residents use. Each Resident furnishes their own room which has a toilet and wash hand basin; most rooms also have a shower and a built-in wardrobe.
