Octavia's Westville Road scheme shortlisted for award

Westville Road, an Octavia scheme in Hammersmith and Fulham has been shortlisted for the 2010 First Time Buyer Awards. The development, which was already awarded with the prestigious Nancye Goulden award from the Hammersmith Society almost a year ago, has now beaten competition in the small development category.
The category looks at developments that have used the best design and quality to create a desirable, affordable and inspiring environment in which people wish to set up their first home and the winners will be selected by the readers of First Time Buyer magazine.
The awards will be presented by TV's Phil Spencer from Channel 4s Location, Location, Location and they are Sponsored by The Times newspaper. |
