New Regional Manager for Sanctuary Shaftesbury

Richard Keeley joins Sanctuary Group as Regional Manager of Sanctuary Shaftesbury, part of its housing operation in the south west.
Richard will oversee the delivery of all Sanctuary Shaftesbury's housing services, which involves more than 10,000 properties and providing homes for families, single and older people across the South West.
Reporting to Simon Clark, Sanctuary Group's Director of Customer Services, Richard will be responsible for ensuring the subsidiary continues to deliver high quality affordable housing across the region.
Richard brings with him a wealth of experience in the housing sector, having previously worked for a number of other housing associations including Devon and Cornwall Housing as Area Supported Housing Manager, responsible for a range of housing and support services, and West Kent Housing as Business Manager.
He said: "I am excited about the opportunity to bring my knowledge and expertise to the organisation and in working closely with key stakeholders, local authorities and partner agencies we can raise the profile of Sanctuary Shaftesbury throughout the region.
"I have worked at different levels within the housing sector and will be looking to combine my own experience with that of the rest of the team to ensure that residents' homes and the communities, which are part of their everyday lives, are pleasant and desirable places to live." |
