From Monday 10th August Derwentside Homes new Head Office Greengates House will be open to the public. The new office will give you the chance to speak to members of staff in person as well as providing other services such as access to the Internet and canteen.
All of Derwentside Homes services will now be available from under one roof as the last two weeks has seen our various services moving to the new building. We have experienced some disruption to our services particularly with Housing and Customer Services moving towards the end of last week. We have tried to keep this disruption to a minimum and would like to thank our customers for their patience if they have had any difficulty getting through to staff. |
