New Director at The Regenda Group

The Regenda Group, one of the leading Housing Associations in the North West, welcomes experienced housing and property specialist Graham Bennett into the organisation.
Graham takes up the challenge of Director of Home Ownership for the Regenda Group, where he has a varied role and will be primarily responsible for the delivery and sale of affordable new homes for aspiring home owners throughout the North West of England. Despite the current difficult market conditions, there is still strong demand for high quality, well designed and constructed homes which represent value for money - which The Regenda Group strives to achieve through this role.
Graham's other priority includes the overseeing and delivery of the equity loan programme which helps existing home owners on limited incomes to bring their property up to 'decent homes standard' with assistance of a loan.
Part of Graham's role will be to support the group's aims through home ownership schemes. As part of this role, The Regenda Group, will be reviewing a number of schemes that are available which assists people in getting onto the property ladder in terms of HomeBuy, 'rent to buy' and deposit schemes to name a few.
Graham joins the group with a wealth of experience in the sector spending more than 20 years working in housing after initially stumbling onto his career path as Senior Housing Officer with Clwyd Alyn Housing Association in North Wales and mostly recently departing from Riverside Home Ownership in Liverpool as Assistant Director.
