New Corporate Services Director Appointed

Richard Strudwick has joined Ability as Corporate Services Director.

Richard joined Ability in April and aims to help Ability to continue to improve its leadership, management and communication skills and to further raise the performance and profile of the organisation.

Coming to Ability with many years of experience working at a senior level for Lloyds TSB, Richard brings expertise in continuous improvement, human resources, project delivery and operational line management.

Richard said, "All the Ability team have made me feel extremely welcome and I am looking forward to working with such an excellent group of people. I was attracted to the role with Ability as it is already a very successful organisation with real aspirations to grow in the future."

Ability Chief Executive, David Williams, said, "Coming from the commercial sector, Richard brings something new and complementary. He has already impressed me with the breadth of his expertise and his commitment to continuous improvement".
