New affordable homes to buy in Wool

Open day for Purbeck shared ownership properties Saturday 19th January 2008.

Raglan Housing Association's 11 new shared ownership properties at Purbeck Gate, Dorchester Road, Wool, were showcased at a recent open day at the site.

Initially there are five 2-bedroom flats and one 2-bedroom coach house available and in the second phase there will be a mixture of 2- and 3-bedroom houses. Many of the properties will be ready in early 2008 and the remainder will be available throughout the year.

Raglan has a number of sites in Purbeck offering shared ownership properties and anyone interested in buying a brand new home will be welcomed at the next open day taking place on Saturday 19th January at Wareham Town Hall between 9.30am - 1.00pm.
