Moat to launch affordable new homes at open day at Bridge House in Croydon

Moat is holding an open day at the brand new show home at Bridge House in Croydon, Surrey on Monday 14 June between 10am and 3pm. The event will celebrate the launch of the Surrey Street development’s selection of contemporary, urban apartments. Moat is helping first time buyers get their hands on one of these high quality homes for just £40,000 for a 25% share of a one bedroom apartment!

Bridge House is located on Surrey Street, close to the historic Surrey Street Market in the centre of Croydon. The development is named after the pedestrian foot bridge linking the block of apartments to Croydon High Street and Grants Centre, where residents can access leisure facilities and restaurants.
