Local Housing Association in the Top 20

Choices Housing Association who operate care homes throughout North Staffordshire have come 11th in the "Nursing Times Top 100 Employers Award" at their first attempt at entering the competition.

At a ceremony in London, Choices were presented with their award which was judged against four main criteria; personal training and development; family friendly policies; flexible working arrangements; diversity and communication.

Sally Pritchard Chief Executive said. "This is a great achievement especially as were competing against large hospital trusts and national provider organisations".

Human Resource Director Gill Juggins added "This award reflects our commitment to our staff and the excellent work they do, next year we want to be in the top 10!".
