Investors In People Bronze Award
|
| Thursday 25th March 2010 |
Hjaltland Housing Association has received the bronze standard Investors in People award.
To achieve the Bronze standard the organisation exceeded the standard requirements set by a considerable margin.
Chief Executive, Robin Sandison said: "I am delighted that Hjaltland has achieved the bronze award. It is a real credit to everyone involved within our organisation that we have received this recognition. It's about making Hjaltland a great place to work and do business.
"All the staff work extremely hard to provide a high-quality service to all our customers, backed up with training and encouragement from management and to receive this award is testament to all of that. We had hoped to retain the IIP award for a fifth time, but we are delighted that we received the higher level bronze award. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all their hard work and dedication to Hjaltland Housing which has resulted in us achieving this goal."
Jeff Goddard, chair of Hjaltland Housing, added: "This is a great honour for the Hjaltland staff and it shows that there is a considerable emphasis placed on our staff and their development.
"The IIP process provides a good framework for us to assess how we are operating and to identify areas for improvement. There is always room for further progress, but we are delighted to have received this accreditation." |
