Help us celebrate our 3 Star achievement

We would like to invite you to come along to our next customer panel on the 15th July at 6pm in the Metrodome, Barnsley.
The Audit Commission has awarded Berneslai Homes the highest possible rating – 3 Stars excellent with excellent prospects for improvement. You are invited to come along to the event and share in the 3 star journey and help to celebrate this achievement. You will find out what the inspectors said about Berneslai Homes service and what we do well and we will ask you to give us your views on the issues which you have been highlighted for improvement.
All tenants and residents are welcome to join the panel and it is an informal and flexible way to be involved in shaping the service. Being a member of the panel will not take up a great deal of time. Meetings will take place every few months, but it’s down to you how many you want to attend. Becoming a member of the panel will mean that in time you will gain more understanding about how Berneslai Homes works and also help up to improve the service we provide.
Director of Business and Customer Service Dave Fullen adds, ”We would welcome anyone who would like to join our panel. We believe that the best way of improving our service is to work closely with our customers and to listen and act on what they have to say about the service we offer.”
