Head of Housing Services

OCHA is saying a sad farewell to Phil Hardy, Head of Housing Services, who is leaving us after eleven years. Phil's last day will be Friday and Board and Staff have joined together to wish him well in his new role as Head of Property Services at Vale Housing. Phil joined us as a Housing Officer with a patch on Greater Leys, he moved on to be our Property Services Manager and for the last four years has been Head of Housing Services. Phil's contribution to driving through improvements to repairs and the housing service are much appreciated and he will be greatly missed.

In the short term Phil will be replaced by an interim manager and we will shortly be going to advert for a permanent replacement.
