Green Vale Homes Inspection Report - A Strong Start

Green Vale Homes welcomes the Audit Commission report produced as a result of its recent Inspection visit.
Berenice Leyland, Chair of the Green Vale Homes' Board, said, "I am pleased with the many positive comments in the Inspection Report that reflect how hard we have been working to achieve and maintain high standards of service for our customers. I would like to thank and congratulate our Board members, staff and partners as well as our customers whose involvement has helped us to achieve this very positive outcome."
Lynn Hurrell, Executive Director of Green Vale Homes, added, "We have made a strong start since Green Vale Homes was formed in March 2006, but as a young Association we still have a long way to go. The Report's recommendations for service improvement support many of the action plans that we have in place and work that is already underway. These recommendations also give us a focal point for the continued improvement of services to our customers."
