Gas safety figures reach new heights

We have managed to make the total amount of One Vision Housing properties with a valid Gas Safety Certificate or in the legal process 100% - our best ever performance!

After your gas appliance has been installed or serviced, a Gas Safe registered engineer will give you a gas safety certificate. This certificate tells you that the gas appliance is safe and the work meets the safety standards.

It will also tell you when you next need to service the appliance. Getting your appliances serviced every year is vital to its safety and efficiency. If you allow us access to your property on the first attempt, we'll automatically enter you into our prize draw where you can win £100 of ASDA vouchers.
