Funding secured for 95 new homes in North Somerset

The Alliance Homes bid to the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), as part of the Arcadia-led Key West Development Consortium, has been successful. Funding has been secured to build 95 new homes in the North Somerset region over the next three years.

Clive Bodley, Chief Executive of Alliance Homes, said "We are delighted to have secured funding from the Homes and Communities Agency...this programme gives us an opportunity to make a contribution to addressing the high levels of need for affordable housing in the region."
