Extended opening hours

We are piloting extended opening hours from 6th July to 28th August 2009.

Our new opening times for both reception and telephone enquiries will be:
Monday 8am to 5pm
Tuesday 9am to 5pm
Wednesday 9am to 5pm
Thursday 9am to 6pm
Friday 9am to 5pm

During these extra hours your Customer Services Team will be available to:
* manage repair requests and enquiries
* book appointments for surveyors
* deal with rent balance enquiries
* make payment arrangements for low level arrears
* take rent and leasehold payments over the phone
* answer any day-to-day questions regarding housing matters.

Our online services are available 24 hours a day @ my home online.
