Cross Keys Homes appoints a new head of development

CROSS Keys Homes has appointed a new head of development to help the organisation build the many new affordable homes that are needed in Peterborough.

Ian Richardson has worked in the housing and property profession for over thirty years with some of the leading housing and property companies and has been promoted to head of development following four years with the housing association as a business development manager.

Ian said: "I am looking forward to delivering the ambitious growth target that has been set by Cross Keys Homes and working with our partners and stakeholders to improve the communities we serve."

Director of resources, Julian Foster, added: "We are delighted that Ian has been promoted to this position and we are sure that with his expertise in development we will be able to help ease Peterborough's housing problems by building many more new affordable homes in the city."
