Coastline Housing appoints new CEO

The Board of Coastline is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Nettleton as Chief Executive Officer, to succeed Bjorn Howard who has led the Company for over 5 years.
Robert is currently Group Development and Regeneration Director of LHA-ASRA, a large and successful housing and regeneration group based in Leicester. An Honours graduate of Leicester University, Robert has eight years senior level housing association experience in a wide range of business areas, and has worked at director level for the last 4 ½ years.
Dr John Lander, Chairman of Coastline Housing, said: "I am delighted that Robert has accepted our invitation to become our next Chief Executive Officer. After a rigorous selection process, he greatly impressed us with his vision, business knowledge and his total determination to improve the homes and the lives of those that Coastline seeks to serve. As Chief Executive Officer of Coastline, Robert will head an organisation which owns and maintains more than 3,500 homes across Kerrier, Carrick and Penwith, employs more than 190 staff locally and has an annual turnover of £16.5m.
Robert was born and raised in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and his outside interests include sailing and football. He is passionate about communities and is a Board Member of Meden Valley Making Places and TREES, a group of social enterprises. |
