Central Borders - Taking Care of Business Growth

Monday 18th May 2009
Stafford-based Staffordshire Property Care, part of the Central Borders Housing Group, has appointed Lyndon George as Mobile Caretaking Team Leader with a brief to develop and grow the organisation's caretaking business.

Managing Director of Property Care, Ralph MIddlemore, said: "Our mobile caretaking service delivers high quality, efficient and value for money caretaking through a committed team of fully-trained staff. Our caretaking team is equipped with the latest equipment, including PDAs, enabling them to respond effectively to requirements on the ground. We now want to move to the next stage of our business development, which is to sell this service to other organisations such as housing associations and schools. Lyndon's appointment is an important step as he will be taking this part of the business forward."

Commenting on his appointment, Lyndon added: "Property Care offers a comprehensive maintenance of communal areas service, combined with a traditional 'handyman' approach, made possible by our multi-skilled team. We are confident that this will be an attractive proposition to a range of organisations across the region needing this type of service."

Prior to joining Staffordshire Property Care, Lyndon spent sixteen years at logistics firm, Exel, as well as periods in the hospitality industry.
