Awards all round for Independence at Home

The Home Improvement Agency covering Chelmsford and Maldon in Essex are reaping the rewards of their hard work in 2007. Further to an inspection from Foundations, the governing body for Home Improvement Agencies, the agency passed with flying colours and are now a Quality Marked Agency.

We were entered for a Conservation Award in Maldon following exciting work which took place on a dilapidated property in a conservation area for which we won the Sustainability category.

The agency worked with various partners such as Maldon District Council and Structural Engineers to both renovate the property and adapt it for its disabled occupant with fantastic results. The client had to move to a residential home whilst works took place but will shortly be returning home and is delighted with the results.
