AmicusHorizon achieves gold standard ‐ a remarkable organisation

AmicusHorizon is immensely proud to achieve Investors in People (IiP) Gold Standard at the first attempt - an accolade only achieved by 1% of organisations in the UK.
Investors in People is the national standard for best practice in people management with a focus on management practice, learning and personal development.
John Baker, Lead Investors in People Assessor said "AmicusHorizon is a remarkable organisation and everyone was extremely welcoming. The culture underpinning the Investors in People Standard is very firmly embedded and people clearly view the organisation as an excellent place to work."
Since 2009, AmicusHorizon embedded a strong culture of staff engagement, customer service excellence, leadership and middle management development. Its ethos is based on promoting a one team culture across it's regions London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex, uniting over 900 staff.
