Yarlington Homes is the commercial business section of Yarlington Housing Group, one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the South West. Yarlington Homes builds new properties for sale on the open market, which are offered for sale as shared ownership, giving help to first time buyers or those who have difficulty making the initial step onto the property ladder. Selected properties are also offered for outright sale. We strive for excellence in delivering quality homes, most being fitted with features such as air/ground source heat pumps and solar panels, providing sustainable solutions for energy today while considering tomorrow's resources. Our commitment to our customers is to provide them with the homes that they aspire to own, at prices they can afford and in a way that is achievable for them.
