We are the Fylde Coast's leading social landlord, a non-profit-making organisation, providing around 3000 homes for rent, which means we aim to provide affordable housing solutions for local people from quality homes to rent to low cost home ownership opportunities.
Our properties are in the main classified as general needs but we offer a number of care schemes and sheltered schemes for residents with specific needs including young and elderly residents and people with physical, mental and learning difficulties. Over recent years, development has taken place in areas outside Wyre and Fylde, extending further into the North West region.
On 1 st April 2005 we joined the Regenda Group, a North West based group of three regional housing associations. We believe this partnership will realise our vision to grow, diversify and develop further as an organisation whilst at the same time improving our efficiency. This will, in turn, offer real benefits to residents. |
