Wyre Forest Community Housing came into being on 27th March 2000 following the large scale voluntary transfer of the housing stock from Wyre Forest District Council
WFCH is a company limited by guarantee, registered with Companies House and the Housing Corporation and affiliated to the National Housing Federation. It is the founding member of the group and owns and manages just under 6,000 properties, garages, commercial shops and Community Centres.
Since its inception in March 2000, WFCH has achieved a range of external accreditations for its achievements in the provision of homes and services and will continue the pursuit of excellence throughout the lifetime of this plan.
Through an ambitious development and regeneration programme, continued investment in its stock and commitment to service expansion, the Company will seek to build on its achievements to date. |
