Woodlands is a non-profit home for older people registered by the Commission for Social Care Inspection, owned and managed by The Society of Friends (Quakers). The main house with 29 residents, which has served as a residential home since 1945 is a Victorian listed building of charm and character, originally the family home of Neville Hanbury Mander.
Woodlands has a welcoming and homely atmosphere with an emphasis on quality care, comfort and security in a residential setting but with an awareness of the wider community. |
