Winyates Co-operative lettings area roughly covers the Winyates and Matchborough areas of the Town.
The Co-operatives main development is currently focused around Holyoakes Close with plans for a new development in Walton Close. In addition there are a small number of Bought properties in the area.The area of Benefit is currently home to approximately 14,650 people. The Co-operative currently manages 38 properties. Properties are concentrated on Holyoakes Close.
In addition the Co-operative manages a small number of disbursed properties in the Area and a future development is planned for Walton Close. |
