William Sutton Homes has been created from the successful amalgamation of William Sutton and Ridgehill Housing Associations.
The new organisation will manage over 20,000 properties from Plymouth in the South West to Newcastle in the North East. Committed to delivering excellent services to our customers, we also have an excellent reputation for resident involvement.
We are actively contributing to the Government’s agenda of increasing the range and number of affordable homes through our ambitious development programme and pipeline, which currently runs at 1,000 new homes. We also possess a strong track record in regenerating some of the country’s most deprived areas.
William Sutton Homes is part of the Affinity Sutton Group, one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the country, with 49,000 homes nationwide through our eight operating companies. |
