Forest of Dean Housing was established in March 2003 when Forest of Dean District Council transferred its housing stock of 3,577 homes to the Company. We currently manage around 3,500 homes in the district and have a development programme which aims to deliver 200 new homes in our first five years.
We achieved charitable status in July 2004, which has safeguarded our financial viability and the delivery of the promises we made to our tenants when they transferred. We are committed to serving our tenants and the Forest of Dean community and we aim to continually improve our standards of performance and customer care, whilst managing the risks we face.
The New Year has seen a change of name for the largest social housing landlord in the Forest. From January 2nd, Forest of Dean Housing has transformed itself into Two Rivers Housing following a number of customer service improvements it has implemented over the last 12 months. |
