Tristar Homes Limited is a registered provider of social housing. In December 2010 it took over the ownership of the former Stockton Borough Council housing stock following an overwhelming vote of support from Council tenants. The Company owns over 10,000 homes in the Borough of Stockton (Stockton, Thornaby, Billingham, Yarm and surrounding villages), as well as some shops, garages and garage sites.
