 General Information / Background
Trafford Housing Trust is an independent local housing company set up by the Council. It exists to supply and manage quality affordable homes, and give housing advice and support to people in housing need, primarily within the Trafford area. Trafford Housing Trust is independent from the Council.

Trafford Housing Trust is not-for- profit body which means that all of its income and any surpluses would be put back into Housing, Housing Services and the development of neighbourhoods in Trafford. NO money or benefits will be given to a Trafford Housing Trust ordinary member or Board Members, except for Board Members expenses in attending official business meetings of Trafford Housing Trust. The Board of Management have opted to do their role on a voluntary non-paid basis.
