We are part of Devon & Cornwall Housing group, owning 19,000 homes and providing housing, support and regeneration services. From April 2011 Tor Homes is managing all group homes in Devon, including those previously managed by DCHA.
We provide a variety of housing including :
* Affordable rented flats and houses
* Shared ownership properties
* Sheltered bungalows and flats for the elderly
* Leasehold properties.
We also develop new properties across Devon, for rent and shared ownership.
Our work as a social landlord is directed by our Board made up of members drawn from the local community, and we provide a high quality of service to Devon & Cornwall Housing group tenants across Devon. |
