Thrive Homes was created to take on the ownership and management of more than 3,700 rented and 440 leasehold homes from Three Rivers.
Our mission is:
* To provide high quality affordable homes in places where people will enjoy living;
* We will be both a landlord and employer of choice;
* We will provide excellent services that are available to all;
* We will be a trusted and respected landlord that sets high standards and delivers on its promises.
We aim to:
* Provide high quality affordable homes in which people will enjoy living;
* Deliver on the improvement programme to meet tenants and leaseholders expectations, carrying out repair works as set out in the tenancy agreement and contracts with the leaseholders;
* Develop a customer care culture that puts residents first;
* Demonstrate value for money through the Thrive Homes Business Plan;
* Effectively manage Thrives Homes as a Housing Association in its own right;
* Get the right team and keep them - Board, staff, contractors;
* Effectively communicate with residents and engage with residents through a new resident involvement agreement;
* Provide good governance and accountability through an effective Board;
* Find and establish a high quality public reception and office accommodation. |
