Three Valleys Housing is a housing association based in Long Eaton, in the borough of Erewash. We were established in 2002 to take the transfer of the housing stock from Erewash Borough Council.
Three Valleys is the biggest landlord in Erewash and the main provider of social housing. We currently own and manage 5,350 homes in the borough.
In September 2011 we became part of the East Midlands Housing Group, a group of housing associations which together manage over 17,000 homes in the region. Joining EMHG means we now have the capacity to do much more. We are strongly rooted in our local communities and, while our first task is to deliver excellent customer-focused services, we want to go further and be an agent for positive change in the places where we work. For example, in 2012 we started our first major regeneration schemes, demolishing homes which are no longer fit for purpose or meet our tenants needs and replacing them with brand new, high quality modern housing. We will now also be able to offer our residents and potential customers more and better services and products. |
