Three Oaks Homes (TOH) owns and manages around 2,400 homes in the Blaby district of Leicestershire. We are the stock transfer association created to take over the management of 2,200 homes from Blaby District Council in November 2008.
Our tenants and staff worked exceptionally hard over several years to ensure the homes would be transferred to a locally based and locally accountable housing organisation that would add value to the local community and also provide excellent housing services.
We provide homes and housing services for single people, couples and families. Around 60 per cent of our residents are older people who are either living independently or in need of varying levels of support.
Since transfer, we have expanded the range of homes we manage to include low-cost home ownership options.
TOH is registered with the housing regulator as a registered provider and works on a non-profit basis. We are part of the East Midlands Housing (EMH) Group. |
