Teign Housing was formed on the 4th February 2004 after the successful transfer of Teignbridge District Council’s 3,516 council homes. Teign Housing is currently undertaking a £45m improvement programme for its homes over the next five years. It is a not for profit organisation and a Social Landlord registered with the Housing Corporation, the Government's housing regulator.
Teign Housing is committed to contributing to the economic success of the local area, creating sustainable communities and is environmentally aware. |
