Swan Housing Group is based in Essex. It started life in 1991 as Basildon Community Housing Association (BCHA) which later became Swan (Essex), and was registered with the Housing Corporation in 1992.
The Group structure came into being in the late 1990s. Today Swan manages over 10,000 homes in Essex, Suffolk and East London. |
