 General Information / Background
The Society was formed in 1974 and is an industrial and provident society registered with charitable rule. We are also registered with the Housing Corporation.

We are controlled by a Board of Management made up of local people from a variety of backgrounds who give their time voluntarily. We have a fully owned subsidiary company Linnet Homes which is a commercial company providing and managing market rent accommodation.
